Hi I've been using you for the last 11 years and I have never had any problems. We still send our 11 year old a santa letter even though she knows the truth. She still gets excited to read her letter from santa.
I have recommended you to family and friends in the past and will continue to do so. I can still see me getting your letters for years to come as its became out family tradition to read our letters Christmas eve morning and I'd love to carry this on even when they are adults. We always receive our letters quickly and it's a big part of our Christmas. I always put the letters away with our Christmas decorations and love reading what they've asked for over the years and what they have been upto each year.

I have used your brilliant service for my daughter for 4 years and my baby son this year also and I just want to say a massive thank you for each year we've had our letters.
You do an amazing job and we are all so greatful for all the hard work in making our letters extra special!
When my children receive their letters their faces light up and it's such an exciting experience for us all!

I have just used your site for the first time this year after Googling ''santa letters''. What a brilliantly simple site it is to use. i particularly like the fact I could choose the parts I wanted in it to make it personal to her. Now you have a very excited mummy who just can't wait to see her face when she opens the letter, she is 8 now and receiving her own post makes her very happy.

 

I just wanted to thank you for the lovely letters Father Christmas wrote to my grandchildren, Tasha and Alex. They were really thrilled and excited to receive them. The magic of Chrismas lives on for another year at least.

"My son loves these letters! He is 10, with Asperger Syndrome, so he is a real mix of imagination and factual knowledge; your letters fit the bill exactly! It has been great being able to vary the content, even though he is now suspicious about the existence of F.C. ... (This year was his 3rd) ... "Thank you so much for adding the extra paragraphs this year: our son is 11 but has Aspergers, so he is older than most kids who still believe in F. C., and has therefore had several letters already! He is quite critical and sharp, so he knows what has been in the letters before AND remembers all the detail! I'm sure he'll love this year's with the new tweaks but the same reassurances. One of the hard bits about Aspergers is that he lacks confidence despite working really hard at school and is always doubting he'll get nice presents, so the letter gives him hope. I wish you could see his face when it arrives; it is charming for us as parents and gets the run up to Xmas off to a lovely start.
