It is with great sadness that after 16 years of providing letters and medals for all the good children around the world, we have had to take the decision to close the website.

 

With ever-increasing costs (especially postage) and the fact that children now don't generally understand the concept of a physical "letter" — " Do you mean, email/text? " — it is no longer viable to provide the service.

 

Thank you to all of our customers over the years. We are very proud to have sent out over 63,000 letters and nearly 4,000 medals/certificates over the 16 years.
